Dr. Tramayne Butler DeLong is a Cultural anthropologist, Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, nationally recognized Top 100 Magazine Innovator, Founder of two mission‑driven health & wellness organizations —AnthroSpa Logic and TransformaWell, a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit.

Her work sits at the intersection of science, culture, and human behavior. As a mom of 4, professor and researcher, and Founder of AnthroSpa Logic, LLC, she developed her own science-based clean skincare line, using her background in anthropology and combining ingredients from 6 continents around the globe while teaching as an adjunct professor. Dr. Butler DeLong has developed curriculum and taught numerous courses across the disciplines of anthropology, sociology and business on diverse topics such as Native American cultures, African cultures, Latin American cultures, research methods, public policy, social problems, identity and sustainable entrepreneurship. She is a published researcher, author and has done anthropological research in Kenya and America. Dr. Butler DeLong was inspired by her own interest in visiting spas to rejuvenate herself as a mom of 4 to develop a signature, natural clean skincare line that offered anti-aging results without toxic effects.

Dr. Butler Delong became interested in helping people feel better on the inside as well as the outside by becoming a Mayo Clinic Certified wellness coach following while navigating her personal health journey after the birth of her 4 children. She developed a digital metabolic renewal wellness program for people over 40 to reach their wellness goals holistically and also consults with organizations who want to start wellness initiatives. In addition, she founded a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations called TransformaWell a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and wellness of communities through education, community outreach and resources empowering healthy lifestyle change to prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, heart disease and cancer.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate and Phi Beta Kappa member, she earned her Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor. As an NSF and Social Science Research Council fellow, she has conducted research on cultural identity in Kenya and the United States. She has published research and consulted for major institutions such as the University of Illinois Carle College of Medicine and brings a rare combination of academic rigor, global perspective, and practical wisdom. Dr. Butler-DeLong is a Cornerstone Mentor for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, an alumna of two University of Chicago business accelerators and has mentored students at Case Western University Weatherhead School of Management and the Veale Institute of Entrepreneurship where she developed and teaches a course in Sustainable Entrepreneurship. Her insights have been featured on ABC News, NBC News, Wellness Magazine, CS Modern Luxury, and her products in the GRAMMY Awards VIP gift bags.
